Safety Instructions
Power-Up is a progressive resistance system for pelvic floor training. As with any strength training program, proper use is essential. Always follow the instructions provided in the Owner's Manual.
Before Starting
Do not begin weighted kegel training if you:
- Have pelvic pain
- Have had recent pelvic surgery
- Have been advised to avoid resistance training
- Have a medical condition affecting urinary or sexual function
Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure.
How to Use Safely
- Start with the lowest resistance
- Focus on proper contraction before adding load
- Increase weight gradually
- Never rush progression
Every session should be controlled and deliberate.
Avoid Overtraining
The pelvic floor fatigues like any other muscle group. The recommended schedule is two sessions per week, about 10 minutes per session, with rest days between sessions. More training does not mean better results — recovery is where adaptation happens, and here's why.
Signs You Should Stop
Stop training if you experience:
- Pain or sharp discomfort
- Persistent soreness
- Urinary difficulty
- Pelvic tension that doesn't release
Rest, and resume only when symptoms have fully resolved. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
Proper Progression
- Learn proper contraction
- Train with low resistance
- Increase gradually
- Maintain full control at each level before moving up
Never skip levels.
Responsibility
Power-Up is intended for fitness and training purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Train responsibly.
