We stand behind Power-Up as a structured training system. Train consistently for 30 days. If you don't notice a measurable improvement in muscular control and endurance, you're covered by our 30-Day Performance Guarantee.
How it works. To claim the guarantee, email us at ay9334@gmail.com within 45 days of your delivery date (this gives you the full 30-day training window plus time to decide). Include your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid return label.
Return the device complete and in clean, reusable condition, with all components included. Once your return is on its way back to us and scanned by the carrier, we issue your full refund to your original payment method — typically posting within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Details. The guarantee covers one system per customer. Digital materials (programs, trackers, community access) are part of your purchase; access ends when a refund is issued. Shipping is discreet in both directions, and your statement never names the product. This guarantee is our voluntary promise and does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
