Here is exactly how and when your Power-Up order reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If we add international shipping, we will announce it to our email list.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping method and delivery time

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Every order includes tracking.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all United States orders.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no product or company name on the outside, and your billing statement shows a neutral descriptor. Nothing identifies the contents.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a day for the carrier's tracking to begin updating.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
