Replacement Customized Plug for the Power Up kegel exerciser for men. Designed to allow for a progressive load of up to 50g in increments of 10g. 

This custom design allows you to perform kegel exercises with 10g, 20g, 30g, 40g, and up to 50g of progressive resistance.
